Maybe you're a fan of the JustPlay app and want to try out some other apps that pay you for playing games. Or, perhaps you gave JustPlay a go but found that it just wasn't the right app for you.
Whatever the case, there are plenty of other apps like JustPlay you can use to make money playing video games.
I've been using these types of gaming reward apps for years to make money since college. And that's why this post is covering some of the best JustPlay alternatives you can use to earn rewards for gaming.

The Best Apps Like JustPlay
There are plenty of apps that pay you for playing games out there, with JustPlay being one of the more popular ones. However, it's not available in every country. So, here are some alternatives to JustPlay you can consider instead to start a new gaming side hustle.
1. Cash Giraffe
Out of all the apps like JustPLay, Cash Giraffe is one of my personal favorite Android gaming app that pays you real money for trying out new mobile games.
The process is basically the exact same as JustPlay: download new games, play them, and gradually earn gems which are redeemable for various prizes.
One advantage of Cash Giraffe over apps like JustPlay or Mistplay is that Cash Giraffe lets you cash out via PayPal at only $0.20.
Free gift cards are also available around $5. But my main complaint of this app is that the game variety isn't as good as JustPlay or some of the more popular, high-paying apps in this space.
However, Cash Giraffe keeps adding new games and improving. And a $0.20 minimum cash out requirement is extremely low.
Try out Cash Giraffe or read my Cash Giraffe review for all the details.
2. Rewarded Play
Rewarded Play is another popular JustPlay alternative that's also available for Android devices. Like JustPlay, the whole idea is to download new mobile games, play them, and to slowly earn points.
You can redeem your points (or coins in this case) once you earn $5. Reward options include over a dozen popular gift cards, although there's no free PayPal money unlike JustPlay.
I've cashed out with Rewarded Play numerous times, and overall, it's a legit and fun gaming app that's extremely similar to JustPlay. The game variety is also a little worse than Mistplay but fairly on-par with JustPlay; think puzzle, card, arcade, and strategy games.
You can probably earn a few dollars per week with this app, so it's a nice alternative to JustPlay and Mistplay you can try out.

3. Swagbucks
Swagbucks is one of the most popular get-paid-to (GPT) websites out there, and it's one of my favorite apps like JustPlay. In fact, I've used this reward platform for years ever since my phone farming experiments back in college.
The best part of Swagbucks is that it offers so many ways to earn rewards aside from playing games like with JustPlay.
For example, you can answer paid surveys, shop online, download different apps, watch ads, and even play paid trivia games with SwagIQ.
And you can also cash out for dozens of gift cards starting at just $1. There are PayPal reward too starting at $5. Plus, there's often a $5 or $10 sign up bonus that you can take advantage of.
4. Bingo Cash
If you're looking for apps like JustPlay for iPhone, then Bingo Cash is one of the best phone side hustles you can try.
This app lets you compete is cash games of Bingo against other players. And prize pools can range from $5 to $50 or even more, so it's one of the highest paying JustPlay alternatives out there.
You have to pay small entry fees to compete in tournaments, so this isn't the right online side hustle for everyone. But if you're willing to compete, the prizes can be quite lucrative.
Just note that cash games aren’t available in these states: AZ, IN, IA, LA, ME, SC, MT, WA.
5. Kashkick
Kashkick is a popular get-paid-to website that lets you earn PayPal money for answering surveys. However, it also has an offer wall section where you can earn cash for downloading different games and apps.
This means you can start by making some money with a quick survey or two. And if you spot a game that catches your eye, you can download it, complete achievements, and then get paid for your efforts.
Many gaming offers pay $5 to $10 or more, which is much more than JustPlay pays. However, you need $10 to cash out, and the only reward option is PayPal at this time.

6. Money Well
If you're still looking for apps like JustPlay, one more app you can consider using is Money Well.
This Android money-making app pays you for downloading and playing new games. You can then cash out for free PayPal money and a variety of gift cards.
I tested out Money Well for an afternoon, and it's very similar to JustPlay since you can cash out via PayPal at just $0.50. This is a very low cash out requirement that not many gaming apps have, so it's quite a good selling point.
The game selection is also decent; not as good as Mistplay, but similar to JustPlay and other gaming apps.

7. Scrambly
If you live in the United States or Canada, Scrambly is worth checking out.
This discovery rewards platform lets you earn in a variety of ways, including playing games, answering surveys, and signing up for new products and services.
My favorite part is that Scrambly's team adds new, hand-picked offers all the time to keep things fresh. And you only need $1 to cash out with PayPal which is quite unique.
Scrambly also released an Android app in the U.S. recently, and you can also earn through its web version.
8. Mistplay
Out of all the apps like JustPlay, Mistplay is definitely the most popular.
This gaming rewards app pays you with points for playing new Android games. You can also earn points for leveling up in-game and by leveling up your overall Mistplay account.
Points are redeemable for a variety of free gift cards to popular companies like Amazon, Best Buy, and Starbucks. And the best part is that Mistplay has even more game genres and selection than JustPlay, including popular strategy and multiplayer games.
Apps like Mistplay don't pay much, but you can probably earn $5 to $15 per week in free gift cards depending how often you play.
Many rewards also start at just $0.50, so you can make quick money with this app and don't have to spend ages waiting to cash out.
Earn rewards with Mistplay or read my Mistplay review to learn more.
9. Buff
If you want to earn money on autopilot while gaming, then Buff is another awesome app like JustPlay you should try out.
With Buff, you gradually earn points for playing popular PC and mobile games. This is similar to platforms like Gamehag and Gamekit, and it makes Buff a very versatile JustPlay alternative.
What I like about Buff is that it has excellent game variety, including titles like:
- CS:GO
- Call of Duty
- League of Legends
- PUBG
- Rainbow 6
- Valorant
- Overwatch
- Minecraft
Rewards include gaming gear and accessories, free gift cards, Steam games, in-game skins, and more video-game related prizes.
Overall, this is one of the more passive options you can use instead of JustPlay, and I love the game variety. Plus, Buff recently expanded into mobile games, so it's quite versatile.
Sign up for Buff or read my Buff review for all the details.
10. Cashyy
Cashyy is another Android gaming app that's actually owned by the same company that owns JustPlay. So, unsurprisingly, it's an excellent alternative to consider.
I like Cashyy since you can redeem PayPal cash at just $0.20, making it an incredibly quick app to cash out with.
Plus, gift cards are also available after earning $2.50 to $5 and include brands like Amazon, Best Buy, Sephora, and Walmart.
Game variety is also quite decent if you live in the United States. Some of the most popular genres on Cashyy include action, strategy, simulation games, word games, and puzzles.
Try out Cashyy or read my Cashyy review!
11. InboxDollars
InboxDollars is a U.S. survey website that lets you earn money by sharing your opinion. But it also has a gaming rewards section that pays you to try out a variety of new games.
The platform also has other earning options too, including shopping offers, video rewards, and even offers that pay you to install apps.
My favorite part about the platform is its $5 sign up bonus for new members. You need $15 to cash out your first time, and $10 for future cash outs. As for rewards, you can redeem dozens of gift cards, prepaid Visa cards, and PayPal money.
12. Gamehag
If you're a fan of PC gaming, Gamehag is the best alternative to JustPlay you can use. This gaming rewards platform pays you with Soul Gems for playing different PC games and, more recently, mobile games.
But PC games is where Gamehag shines, and you can earn rewards for playing popular titles like War Thunder, World of Tanks, World of Warships, and State of Survival.
Reward options are also more extensive than JustPlay. Gift cards are available as well as free Steam games, in-game skins, and other gaming-related prizes.
A lack of PayPal cash is a downside. But this is still one of the best apps like JustPlay if you enjoy PC gaming and non-cash rewards. And you can check out its new sister-website, Earnweb, for even more earning options.
13. Coin Pop
Another real money game like JustPlay you can use is Coin Pop.
This gaming rewards app is basically identical to JustPlay and Mistplay. All you have to do is download different Android games, play them, and gradually earn coins for your efforts.
Reward options are pretty decent and include PayPal money, free Google Play credit, and a variety of gift cards.
One benefit is there's a $0.50 PayPal redemption requirement, and most gift cards are redeemable at just a few dollars. Overall, Coin Pop pays slightly less than JustPlay, but it's a good backup app you can try out.
14. AppStation
Another Android app like JustPlay you can use is AppStation. Like JustPlay, you earn points for playing a variety of new card, puzzle, action, and strategy games.
Points you earn are redeemable for PayPal money or several free gift cards to companies like Amazon, Starbucks, Subway, and Walmart.
You only need $5 worth of points to cash out, which is achievable within a day or two of playing various games.
Like JustPlay and other paid gaming apps, you slowly earn fewer points per minute the longer you play a game. This means you have to keep downloading games to earn, which is the main downside of this side hustle in general.
Download AppStation today or read my AppStation review for more information.
15. Flash Rewards
Flash Rewards, not to be confused with FlashRewards.co, is another popular gaming rewards app for Android that you can use to earn rewards for trying out different games.
And like JustPlay, Flash Rewards also has a paid offers section where you earn even more points for trying out new products and subscriptions.
So, you can earn points for playing games like Clash of Clans, but also for subscribing to Hulu or downloading various passive income apps like S'mores. You can redeem points at $5 for PayPal money and a variety of gift cards plus prepaid Visa cards.

16. App Flame
One final JustPlay alternative you can try out is App Flame. Like other mobile gaming reward apps, App Flame pays you with points for downloading and trying out new mobile games.
It's a pretty popular beermoney app, and you can play a variety of games like strategy games and castle simulator games.
Reward options include PayPal, Amazon gift cards, and gift cards to a few other companies. You only need $0.50 worth of points to cash out, which is the main perk of this app.
I still prefer apps like JustPlay since it has better game variety. But I like using AppFlame occasionally since it only requires $0.50 to cash out.
Are There Any Apps Like JustPlay For iPhone?
Unfortunately, there aren't many apps like JustPlay for iOS since most of these gaming reward apps aren't allowed on the Apple Store. However, Gamehag is available on Android and iOS, so you can download its app and earn rewards for playing different mobile games. You can also use Swagbucks' iOS app to make money with trivia games or by answering surveys.
Many people use apps like Solitaire Cash or Bingo Cash as JustPlay iPhone alternatives since these types of paid gaming apps are popular. But I don't suggest using these apps since you can lose money.
You can read my post on the best iOS game apps to make money if you want some reliable JustPlay iOS alternatives.
How Much Do Apps Like JustPlay Pay?
You might be wondering how much money you can make with this sort of passive side hustle.
Here's the truth: none of the apps like JustPlay pay very much or will let you quit your day job.
You can probably make a fast $10 to $25 every week or two with these apps if you put in enough time. However, if you don't enjoy playing mobile games, these definitely aren't the right apps to be using.
However, there are so many other high-paying side hustles out there. For example, you can use gig apps like DoorDash or Instacart, or look into selling skills online as a freelancer.
So, use JustPlay and other gaming apps for a fun side hustle. But don't expect to make $1,000 a day or something crazy.

Final Thoughts
I hope this list of the best apps like JustPlay helps you earn more rewards the next time you sit down for a gaming session.
I think Cash Giraffe and Rewarded Play are the two best alternatives to try. But you can always cycle through several apps so you maximize your earnings per hour.
If you're playing games anyway this is basically passive income, so why not give these apps a try?
Enjoy your gaming session!
